It’s said to be relaxing, good for your mood, and pleasant, but not too intoxicating. Some people find it energizing and encouraging, especially at low doses, while others find it makes them sleepy, especially at higher doses.

Negative side effects are not common. Because delta-8 is similar to delta-9 THC, it may produce some of the same side effects at higher doses such as:
